giving a fully comprehensive service. Our many cabinets contain the country’s largest selection of  bows for sale, for violin, viola, cello and double bass.

Visiting us in person

Players and teachers are most welcome to view, try-out and select a bow in one of our trying-out rooms (right) in the historic Christmas Steps violin-making quarter of Bristol.  If additional time in needed, then up to four bows may be loaned-out on 14 days’ approval.

Bows by Post on Approval

Please telephone us to discuss your needs from our bow-list. Up to four bows may be sent to you on 14 days approval. We ask for your card details and a small insurance fee. We immediately send the bow selection to you in suitable returnable packaging.  We pay for the outward postage/carriage cost and you pay for the return cost. Please telephone us first to discuss your needs and preferences.
